If you are for any reason unsatisfied with our services, please contact us as soon as possible and let us know, so that we can try to accommodate you.

We will always issue full refunds on unused minutes or credits, and will issue credit to your account in cases where your enjoyment of our services was disrupted due to technical problems with our systems.

However if you have been purchasing and using our products or services multiple times, we assume you were satisfied therefore we wil not issue refunds.
